  • A : K-Thrust 600 is an independent remote control system(RCS) for direct driven and electrically driven thrusters, propulsion units and rudders. 
    K-Thrust 600 can include control of:
    -    Tunnel thrusters
    -    Azimuth thrusters
    -    Azimuth steering propulsion
    -    Electric main propulsion
    -    Rudders
    -    Control of the diesel engine including engine safety
    -    Closed loop control of hydraulic control loop for azimuth rotation, pitch control and rudders

Q2 : What is an application for K-Chief 600 system?

  • A : K-Chief 600 ( marine automation system) provides monitoring of propulsion units and control of auxiliary systems with presentation of individual alarm/ monitoring points, status information, data logging, trending and reporting. 

Q3 : Can we integrate both K-Chief 600 and K-Thrust 600 into an integrated vessel management system?

  • A : Yes, we are able to integrate seamlessly not only the K-Chief (machinery automation system) and K-Thrust (propulsion control system), but we are also able to integrate and link all vessel management systems including a navigation and positioning system, a cargo automation system, and a safety system.
