Prior to the installation of the Paving Grid, our team applied a thin layer of Tack Coat to the existing surface. This was done with utmost precision to enhance adhesion between the base layer and the grid material, thereby optimizing the long-term performance of the system.

Subsequently, the Paving Grid was installed systematically, ensuring a minimum bonding strength of 9 kilograms to guarantee structural integrity. This standard helps ensure that the Paving Grid remains compact, durable, and capable of withstanding heavy pressure from aircraft wheels, ground service vehicles, and real-world operational demands.
