Envirasponge is a sponge-coated abrasive used for surface preparation. When it propelled against a surface, the sponge flattens and exposes the abrasive to clean the surface. On rebound, the sponge expands back to its original size causing a vacuum inside the sponge to capture the dust particles. The Envirasponge captures the dust at the source of generation. It minimizes waste generated during surface cleaning. Unlike conventional hard abrasives, which rebound distances with significant retained energy, Envirasponge transfers its energy upon contact by flattening out
The Envirasponge can be recycled, using a regrader to remove dust and other foreign particles. It has been specially developed to provide a low-dust environment to be environmental-friendly for surface preparation.
